First off I love this scent, but – it accelerated my batter, riced a little and was a total brat to work with. I think with a couple alterations like not mixing past just right at emulsion and in when I add the FO – I had pictured swirls of green and white with my piping on top… but since it all but seized on me I have no idea what I will get. I will use it again anyway.

This has always been a good seller for me. I soap it cool at 80 degrees, add the fragrance oil to the oils and the lye solution in 3rd’s whisking it into the oils prior to using the stick blender on low in bursts. I use 1 part lye to 2.1 part water. Works beautifully!

This fragrance riced a tiny bit, but mostly it accelerated. I blended my colors after reaching emulsion. Then added the fragrance and gently stirred in the fragrance with a spatula. It accelerated quite quickly, although if you work fast you can get it in the mold, but just barely. It’s a lovely floral scent and I will be using it again.

Yes, it smells AMAZING, and it doesn’t discolor at all in the soap, and yes, I will continue to use this one, cause of how great it smells, but, be warned that you should not get ambitious with any soaping designs when using this one! As previously stated: it truly was a total brat to work with! While videotaping my soaping experience with it, I promptly had to shut off my camera, as I went into full blown panic mode, determined to find a way to make this soap “work out” for me, as it seized solid in seconds after adding it to my colors. That being said, I don’t know if it was just the FO, or my lye water solution not looking like it usually did. #shrugs (LOTS of lye lint?). I consider myself new to soaping, (Less than a year experience) and this sucker launched me in the deep end of the pool quickly! Not a chance for any kind of a swirl, just throw that sucker into the mold, and do the best I could w/what I could get out of it! LOL! Ended up piping on the top w/a separate batter, turning out some pretty Gardenia flowers & leaves, and saved the soap, visually, so it will sell. I will be much less ambitious next go around, and find a recipe, hopefully, for the future, that might (fingers crossed), help it behave a little better. And No stick blending anymore, once it reaches emulsion, at all. Using a wisk or spatula past this point, highly suggested! *Live & learn*

Very nice to use as a base to blend in additional floral scents too!
