This mica is a custom blend to achieve a beautiful red color in soap. Photo shown is of the color mixed in raw cold process soap. In the bag, this color does appear to be pink, but it turns into a gorgeous red when mixed into your soap batter.  When using this color, if your soap batter is pink, your finished soap will be pink.  It does not morph into red.  Add enough color so that your batter is the desired color in the finished product.
